The Process
Blue Orchid identify quality management-level candidates who are currently seeking employment or wish to develop key entrepreneurs skills though the workshop and match them with your placement opportunity.
Our mentors then act as an interface between you and the beneficiary for the duration of the placement period. Blue Orchid's mentors are all experienced, capable professionals who understand the requirements of a modern business.
