It allows prospective employers the opportunity to select and evaluate candidates over a full twelve week period, prior to any official offer of employment. Mentorprise provides a convenient and cost effective way for companies to identify the right employees for their organisation.
Should the candidate shows the necessary skills required then an offer of full employment can be made. Otherwise, you are free to release the candidate with no further obligation.
Throughout this period an experienced business Mentor will act as an intermediary, offering support and advice for both employer and candidate.
